Warranty Eligibility

Excluded:

  • Damage from misuse (e.g., exposure to water, incorrect voltage, drops/impacts).
  • Unauthorized modifications or use of non-EJanMay accessories.
  • Normal wear (e.g., filter dust accumulation, cosmetic scratches on nozzles).
  • Failures due to improper maintenance (e.g., clogged air vents from lack of cleaning).

Returns & Refunds

Conditions (Within 14 Days of Delivery):

  • Critical defects (e.g., non-functional heating elements, broken fan blades).
  • Unopened products in original condition.
  • Transit damage with carrier proof.

Process:

  • Returns require original packaging or EJanMay-approved materials.
  • Missing accessories (e.g., diffuser, concentrator nozzle) incur fee deductions.
  • Non-defective returns: Customer bears shipping costs.

Replacements

Conditions (Within 30 Days of Delivery):

  • Incorrect/damaged product received (with carrier proof).
  • Irreparable defects (e.g., faulty ionic technology, power button failure).

Advanced Replacement Service:

  • Pay a temporary deposit (equal to product price) to receive a replacement unit first.
  • Original product must be returned within 30 days for full deposit refund.

Exclusions:

  • Damage from user error (e.g., liquid exposure, using non-standard voltage).

Repairs

Covered Repairs:
